About Consultant
Aderonke Kimemenihia-Eseka is a coach and consultant to small businesses/enterprises. She has worked with business owners, people especially women and youth move from ideation to start sustainable businesses in Nigeria. She is passionate about helping small business owners especially women and youth. Her career objective is to Intentionally put in her best as she engages with her client making sure they grow, scale and thrive in the Nigeria economy and compete favourably with businesses in the global world.
She obtained NBDSP Certificate of Participation from Kaduna Business School (KBS), Nigeria. Prior to this, she is a certified ICSS -Trainer, Facilitator and Coach (TFC) by GOPA-GIZ, which is presently endorsed by SMEDAN. She has Certificate of Competence from School of Grant Success.
Her baby project, ˜Ladies Achieving Together™ is a Business Hangout, which brings experts in the MSME ecosystem to mentor women in business, business experiences are shared, members collaborate, connect, network, find solutions to their business challenges and answers to work/life balance.
Aderonke has a certificate in Social Sector Management (SSM) from the Enterprise Development Center, Pan Atlantic University, and a Professional Diploma in Community Development, Social Welfare and Extension Education from the University of Lagos. A vital voices Leadership (VVLead) Fellow of Vital Voices Global Partnership.
Aderonke has functional knowledge in assisting with resources, meeting timelines, skilled in developing and managing project deliverables.
An author of the book "Flower Girl". A good team player.
