He is the Head of Quality Management, Sustainability, and Business Improvement at Notore Chemical Industries plc, the pioneer fertilizer company in Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa. He has also held previous positions as the Head of Environment and QHSE supervisor/Radiation Safety officer. A QHSE Expert with 15 years of industrial experience in QAQC, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Quality, Occupational Health &Safety, and Environmental management. He is also the Co-Founder of Safebatch Company Limited a QHSE and ESG company dedicated to helping businesses operate in a healthy and safe environment while ensuring business sustainability and environmental protection. Chinedu has a NEBOSH IGC, certification in Sustainability in Business, E-waste management, Social standards, CSRD fundamentals, and several others. He is a certified IRCA lead auditor in ISO 9001:2015;14001: 2015; and 45001;2018 amongst others in QHSE and ESG. He is a certified Exemplar global Tutor in ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001. He holds an MSc. In environmental Chemistry, a PGD in Environmental Chemistry and an HND in Chemistry graduating at the top of his class He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria (MICCON), the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria MISPON, the Chemical Society of Nigeria CSN, A principal Auditor with the Quality Management System Auditor Institute (QMSAI)and a Member of Nigerian Environmental Society (NES).
