Perpetua is an Environmental and Social, E-Waste, Gender, Energy, Climate change and OHS -(Labour & Decent work) International Development Expert with focus on advisory, supervision, monitoring, interested in mobilizing fund's and unlocking sustainable finance and green investment from MDBs, DFIs, and Private Sector Companies for sustainable and climate-resilient infrastructure/PPP financing, projects development and implementation in fragile states and transition economies of emerging markets in developing countries contexts in Sub-Saharan Africa.

She has extensive knowledge, track record, and international consulting experience in undertaking development cooperation projects for major development agencies, including ILO, UN, WBG, EU, EBRD, EIB, IFC, AFD, AfDB, US-DFC, USAID, USTDA, UKNIAF, UNICEF, & WHO in implementing guidelines, Equator Principles, and requirements focusing on large scale sustainable infrastructure projects.
